GetHelp Training
The GetHelp system can only be accessed with a valid username and password combination. 211OC will provide a welcome email that includes your GetHelp unique username to set up your account access and password for eligible individuals after completion of the required training below. Referral Managers will have one more additional training course that is titled GetHelp Referral Manager Training.
211OC maintains an online training platform that contains trainings that GetHelp Users are required to complete before being granted access to the GetHelp sytem. Visit the OC HMIS and GetHelp Training Site to complete training or to reference trainings you've already completed. Check out the Enrolling in a GetHelpOC Training Course knowledge base article for instructions on how to navigate the training course website.

If you are not able answer your question, please coordinate with your Referral Manager to submit a ticket to the GetHelp help desk. Only Referral Managers should submit a ticket to the GetHelp Helpdesk.
