Background

GetHelpOC offers the ability to access client profiles, which allows a more streamlined service and care coordination.  Through GetHelpOC you may view any current or past consented client profiles. 

Searching for a Consented Client 

To view a consented client's profile there are two different options. Both of these options will direct you to the client profile page you're looking for.  

NOTE: If a client did not opt in to share their information, their information will not appear in GetHelpOC. 

Option 1: When searching for a client, use the search bar located at the top of the page. Enter the client's name or identifying information. If the client has consented, the record of the client will appear. 

Option 2:  On the home page, you may also search for a client in the Find Client Screen Flow- Partner. You can type in any of the client's distinct information in the fields ( First Name, Last Name, Email, Birthdate, Last 4 of the SSN, PIN and/or Phone Number). Click Next and if the client has consented, their record will appear. Just as shown in the image below, it will provide you all the possible matches with the information that was entered in the search fields. 

NOTE: Please verify the client's information first. Proceed to then click on the circle by the client's name and the next button which will take you to the client's main profile page.
