Enrolling in a GetHelpOC Training Course

Background

Review the New GetHelpOC User Onboarding knowledge base article for more information about each training course for to gain access to the GetHelpOC system. This article will cover how to create an account on the OC HMIS & GetHelpOC Training Course site and enroll in courses.

Creating an Account

Click here to go to the account creation page. Fill out the form and click "Enroll Now."

 

Logging in to an Existing Account

Click here to go to the account creation page. In the box that says "Already have an account? Click here to login" click the hyperlink which will shows the login box:

 

 

 

 

Enrolling in a Course

Click here or the "Online Course Catalog" menu on the OC HMIS and GetHelpOC Training Course site to see a list of available courses.

 

Click on the course you'd like to enroll in.

 

Scroll past the course description and click the "ENROLL" button:

 

Click "Get Started" button to begin the course:

 

Resetting Your Password

Click here to reset your password.
