In certain circumstance there will be issues surrounding clients' record and referral, however under no circumstances may client information be shared. Follow these instructions to learn about the ways in which client information should be sent to the GetHelpOC Help Desk.

NOTE: Please make sure that no client identifying information (name, date of birth, or Social Security Number) appears in the body of your ticket submission or any attachments. Tickets containing client identifying information will be deleted and you will need to submit a new ticket.

Sharing Client Information with GetHelpOC Help Desk

The easiest way to let the GetHelpOC Help Desk know which client and referral you need help with is to send us the referral number.

When entering the portal, you will view a banner on the top of the page. Click on the referral tab, you will see a list of all referrals. You can adjust to only review "My Active Referrals".

Each client will have a referral number on the left side, use this referral number to communicate with the GetHelpOC Help Desk regarding the error you've encounter.
